Stream96 is a digital platform that enables individuals, creators, businesses, organizations, and advertisers to create, publish, discover, distribute, promote, monetize, and engage with digital content and services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Platform.

To create an account, you must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. You must possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements and provide accurate information during synchronization.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining password confidentiality and protecting account credentials. Stream96 enforces a "One Person, One Account" rule to prevent deceptive or abusive practices.

Stream96 may require Identity, Business, or Address verification before granting access to specific features. Failure to complete verification may result in restricted functionality or monetization limitations.

Users shall not transmit content that promotes illegal activities, fraud, harassment, hate speech, violence, terrorism, or misinformation. Platform abuse, including system manipulation and spam, is strictly prohibited.

Users retain ownership of content they create. By uploading, you grant Stream96 a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and analyze the content for platform improvement purposes.

Participation in monetization programs (Tips, Ads, Premieres, Subscriptions) is a privilege and not a guaranteed right. Stream96 reserves the right to approve or revoke eligibility at its sole discretion.

Tips are voluntary payments. Stream96 may deduct processing fees, service charges, or platform commissions before funds are authoritatively credited to the creator node.

Revenue sharing is variable and based on impressions, views, and viewer engagement. Stream96 retains sole discretion over calculation methodologies and may adjust earnings for invalid traffic.

Creators are responsible for event quality and scheduling. Users may purchase tickets for access. Stream96 is not liable for interruptions caused by external technical limitations.

Balances stored in the digital wallet do not constitute bank deposits. Funds are stored for platform utility and withdrawal purposes only and do not earn interest.

Withdrawals (M-Pesa, Bank, etc.) are subject to verification and minimum thresholds. Stream96 may establish limits to protect users and the platform integrity.

Designed to encourage genuine platform growth. Referrals are only valid after the referred user completes registration, verification, and publishes their first master asset.

Organizations and brands may access advertising and analytics tools. Business users remain solely responsible for transactions and interactions conducted with other users.

Stream96 maintains automated and manual systems to detect fraud, financial crime, and artificial engagement. Users consent to investigation and monitoring of suspicious activity.

Stream96 may terminate accounts without prior notice for serious violations, fraud, or illegal activity. Termination results in immediate loss of monetization and reward privileges.

We collect and process information necessary for operation, security, and administration. By using the platform, you acknowledge the practices detailed in the Stream96 Privacy Policy.

Stream96 is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations regarding reliability, profitability, or suitability for specific purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stream96 and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. All legal matters are subject to Kenyan law.

Users agree to attempt good-faith resolution through direct communication before initiating formal legal proceedings. Official support channels are the primary point of contact.
