Stream96 Privacy Policy

Stream96 is a digital content, streaming, distribution, creator monetization, and audience engagement platform operated by: IMAQON Technologies Limited.

Stream96 provides tools that may allow creators and other authorized users to:

• publish and manage digital content;
• discover and distribute content;
• connect external social-media and content platforms;
• connect YouTube accounts;
• retrieve authorized YouTube account and channel information;
• manage supported YouTube-related content from Stream96 where the user has granted the necessary permissions;
• monitor supported content information;
• livestream;
• monetize eligible content;
• receive tips, payments, or other eligible creator earnings;
• manage creator activities through a centralized dashboard.

Stream96's YouTube integration is designed to provide users with additional content distribution and management capabilities while allowing users to retain control over their YouTube account.

If you choose to connect your YouTube account to Stream96, Stream96 requests authorization through Google's OAuth 2.0 authorization system. You decide whether to grant Stream96 access.

Stream96 does not request or store your Google password, YouTube password, or Google's authentication credentials. Instead, Google authenticates you and provides Stream96 with authorization credentials that permit Stream96 to make API requests within the permissions you have approved.

Stream96 may receive and process information returned by the YouTube Data API only to the extent necessary to provide the YouTube-related functionality you have authorized.

According to Google's documentation, this scope permits an application to see, edit, and permanently delete the user's YouTube videos, ratings, comments, and captions. Stream96 treats this authorization as sensitive access.

Stream96 will use this permission only for YouTube-related functionality that requires the corresponding capability. Where Stream96 provides an action that can create, modify, share, publish, update, or delete YouTube content, Stream96 will require an appropriate user action or instruction before performing that operation.

This may include: YouTube channel identifiers; channel titles and names; channel descriptions; channel thumbnails; metadata; video identifiers; titles; descriptions; thumbnails; publication information; status information; playlist information; identifiers; comments; ratings; captions; and other resource information made available by the authorized API.

Purposes include: Account Connection; Creator Dashboard display; Content Distribution; Content Management; Content Discovery; Platform Functionality (operate, troubleshoot, improve); Security and Abuse Prevention; and Compliance with law and platform requirements.

Users retain control over their YouTube account and content. Stream96 will not interpret the act of connecting an account as blanket permission. Operations capable of modifying or deleting content require explicit user instruction or confirmation.

Stream96 may periodically refresh information obtained through the YouTube API to ensure consistency with current data, including video metadata, channel info, statistics, and status.

A user may request deletion by contacting: support@stream96.com. Upon receiving a valid request, Stream96 will identify the relevant information and delete information subject to legal retention obligations.

Stream96's use of Google user data obtained through Google APIs is limited to providing or improving user-facing features that are appropriate to the functionality the user has authorized.

• Stream96 does not sell Google user data.
• Stream96 does not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary.
• Stream96 does not use Google user data for unrelated advertising.
• Stream96 does not use Google user data to determine creditworthiness or eligibility.
• Stream96 does not use Google user data to train generalized AI/ML models.

Stream96's access remains subject to Google's API Services User Data Policy, YouTube API Services Terms, and applicable YouTube Developer Policies.

Where Stream96 displays publicly available YouTube info, it does so in accordance with creator settings and API policies. Stream96 respects applicable visibility requirements.

Stream96 does not use the YouTube API to circumvent copyright protection or prohibitedly archive/distribute copies of audiovisual content. Use is limited to permitted API functionality.

Creators may submit videos, images, audio, captions, and more. Stream96 processes this to provide hosting, monetization, analytics, and security features. Creators remain responsible for required permissions.

We process info to calculate earnings, process payments/withdrawals, maintain records, and detect fraud. We do not intentionally store payment-card credentials unless securely supported.

Used for authentication, sessions, security, and analytics. Users can control cookies via browser settings, though disabling them may affect functionality.

Access is restricted to authorized personnel needing data for legitimate functions. Stream96 does not permit employees or contractors to access YouTube data for personal purposes.

suspected unauthorized access may trigger suspension of integrations, revocation of credentials, and restricted API access while the incident is investigated.

Information may be stored outside your country of residence. We implement appropriate safeguards for international data transfers where required by law.

Stream96 uses the YouTube Data API to provide requested functionality. Stream96 is not owned, sponsored, or endorsed by YouTube or Google unless expressly stated otherwise.

Material updates will be communicated through appropriate channels. Check the "Last Updated" date at the top of this policy for the latest version.

Upon valid request, Stream96 will identify and remove data required to be deleted, revoke relevant authorizations, and prevent unnecessary data restoration.
